Surface roughness Rq_eq – Peak
Peak shows the amount of scattered light over the directly reflected light. Negative value= smoother surface. This is directly proportional to the true surface rms value and is noted as Rq_eq equivalent to the Rq (rms) ISO 25178
Rq between 0,010- 0,350 µm can be measured in all directions. Rq given is in worst direction.
